If you see "AI features suspended", this may be due to billing issues or usage limits.
Contact SupportAI access may be temporarily suspended due to outstanding payment issues, monthly usage limits exceeded, or subscription plan needing updating. Contact support@divorce.law to resolve this quickly.
Navigate to Settings then Billing in your dashboard, or contact us at support@divorce.law for assistance with plan upgrades.
Firm admins can view detailed AI usage statistics in the AI Usage section of the dashboard. This shows request counts, costs, and usage by team member.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. Urgent issues (like AI access problems) are typically addressed within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Email us at support@divorce.law with a detailed description of the issue, steps to reproduce (for bugs), screenshots if applicable, and your firm name and user email.
