Are leads guaranteed?
No. Divorce.law does not guarantee leads, clients, retainers, revenue, traffic, search rankings, AI citations, email engagement, or outcomes. Actual results depend on your market, consumer demand, conversion, your responsiveness, and whether users choose to contact or share their Roadmap with your firm.
What does exclusivity mean?
One participating firm may hold a county/region placement where offered. Exclusivity applies only to the purchased county/region while your subscription is active and your account is in good standing.
How does attorney handoff work?
Consumers may choose to share their Roadmap or inquiry with the participating local firm for their area. We share contact information and Roadmap/inquiry summaries only after the user consents. Eligible, consented handoffs that match your active placement are routed to your firm.
What if my county is already taken?
Many counties are still available. If your county already has an active placement, we'll add you to the waitlist and notify you if it opens. You can also claim a nearby county/region where available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month, no annual contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation is prospective. If you cancel, your county/region placement may become available to another firm.
What happens after Year 1?
After the founding period, pricing may adjust based on county demand, platform value, and product usage. Any changes will be communicated before they take effect. The founding rate is locked for your first 12 months.
Is this a referral service?
No. It is a paid advertising and marketing placement, not a referral-fee or fee-sharing arrangement.
What are my compliance responsibilities?
