Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 — Title 14: Domestic Matters — Article 2: Marriage and Rights of Married Persons § 14-2-207 Spouse may convey lands as if unmarried 14‑2‑207. Spouse may convey lands as if unmarried. A person, while married, may bargain, sell, and convey his or her real and personal property and enter into any contract in reference to the same as if he or she were unmarried.
