Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 — Title 14: Domestic Matters — Article 6: Children Born Out of Wedlock (Repealed) § 14-6-111 Legislative declaration 14‑6‑111. Legislative declaration. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the state of Colorado that, in order to promote the life, health, property, and public welfare of this state, it is necessary to establish procedures to assist in the collection of child support, maintenance where combined with child support, and maintenance.
