19-6-107. Orders for allocation of parental responsibilities in support actions. Upon the filing of any proceeding under this article 6 or under article 13.5 of title 26, the court shall, as soon as practicable, enter a temporary or permanent order allocating parental responsibilities that allocates decision-making responsibility and parenting time for the child until further order of the court.
