Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 — Title 14: Domestic Matters — Article 13: Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act § 14-13-302 Enforcement under Hague Convention 14‑13‑302. Under this part 3 a court of this state may enforce an order for the return of the child made under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction as if it were a child‑custody determination.
