Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 — Title 14: Domestic Matters — Article 2: Marriage and Rights of Married Persons § 14-2-113 Violation - penalty 14‑2‑113. Violation ‑ penalty. Except as provided in section 14‑2‑109 (1), any person who knowingly violates any provision of this part 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
