Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 — Title 14: Domestic Matters — Article 2: Marriage and Rights of Married Persons § 14-2-311 Limitation of action 14‑2‑311. Limitation of action. A statute of limitations applicable to an action asserting a claim for relief under a premarital agreement or marital agreement is tolled during the marriage of the parties to the agreement, but equitable defenses limiting the time for enforcement, including laches and estoppel, are available to either party.
