# 552.2103 Court as tribunal; support enforcement agency. Sec. 103. (1) The court is the tribunal of this state. (2) The title IV-D agency as defined by section 2 of the support and parenting time enforcement act, 1982 PA 295, MCL 552.602, is the support enforcement agency of this state.
