# 552.2104 Remedies. Sec. 104. (1) Remedies provided by this act are cumulative and do not affect the availability of remedies under other law, or the recognition of a support order on the basis of comity. (2) This act does not do either of the following: (a) Provide the exclusive method of establishing or enforcing a support order under the law of this state. (b) Grant a tribunal of this state jurisdiction to render judgment or issue an order relating to child custody or parenting time in a proceeding under this act. History: 2015, Act 255, Eff.
