Sec. 34. This act shall not take effect unless the following House Bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4871. (b) House Bill No. 4873. (c) House Bill No. 5257. History: 1982, Act 294, Eff. July 1, 1983 Compiler's Notes: The following House Bills, referred to in this section, were enacted into law as follows: House Bill No. 4871 was approved by the Governor on October 9, 1982, and became P.A. 1982, No. 295, Eff. July 1, 1983. House Bill No. 4873 was approved by the Governor on October 9, 1982, and became P.A. 1982, No. 296, Eff. July 1, 1983.
