For a friend of the court case, the payer shall give to the office of the friend of the court at the time the order of income withholding is issued the name and address of his or her employer. The payer shall immediately give to the office of the friend of the court notice of the name and address of any subsequent employer. History: 1982, Act 295, Eff.
