This act shall not take effect unless the following bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4870. (b) House Bill No. 4873. (c) House Bill No. 5257. History: 1982, Act 295, Eff. July 1, 1983 Compiler's Notes: The following House Bills referred to in this section, were enacted into law as follows:House Bill No. 4870 was approved by the Governor on October 9, 1982, and became P.A. 1982, No. 294, Eff.
