Sec. 6a. (1) Beginning October 1, 2022, a complaint for divorce filed with the court shall not be made available to the public until the proof of service has been filed with the court. (2) An entity administering or providing services under part D of title IV of the social security act, 42 USC 651 to 669b, may access a complaint for divorce made nonpublic under this section.
