**22 NYCRR § 205.33. Assignment of support magistrates.** The supervising judge of the Family Court in the county in which the support magistrate will serve, or the deputy administrative judge for the Family Court within the City of New York, if the support magistrate is to serve in New York City, shall assign support magistrates as required by the needs of the courts, in conformance with law and in conformance with section 205.3 of this Part.
