New York Courts — 22 NYCRR Part 205 | Section 205.38 Section 205.38 Record and report of unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act Section 205.38 Record and report of unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act (a) The clerk of court for the Family Court in each county shall obtain and keep a record of executed warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act. (b) At the end of each six-month period, on the first of January and on the first of July in each year, a report concerning all unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act shall be made and filed with the Office of Court Administration, on a form to be supplied by the Office of Court Administration. 22 NYCRR Part 205 — Uniform Rules for the Family Court — Section 205.38
