**22 NYCRR § 205.38. Record and report of unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act.** (a) The clerk of court for the Family Court in each county shall obtain and keep a record of executed warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act. (b) At the end of each six-month period, on the first of January and on the first of July in each year, a report concerning all unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 428 of the Family Court Act shall be made and filed with the Office of Court Administration, on a form to be supplied by the Office of Court Administration.
