NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 10001 Repeal of the civil practice act § 10001. Repeal of the civil practice act. Chapter nine hundredtwenty-five of the laws of nineteen hundred twenty, entitled "An act inrelation to the civil practice in the courts of the state of New York, "and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constitutingthe civil practice act, as heretofore in effect, are hereby repealed.
