Liability for costs of infant, judicially declaredincompetent, or conservatee, or representative. An infant, a personjudicially declared to be incompetent, a conservatee, a person for whoma guardian ad litem has been appointed, or a representative of any suchperson, shall not be liable for costs unless the court otherwise orders.
