NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 1341 Accounts § 1341. Accounts. A temporary receiver shall keep written accountsitemizing receipts and expenditures, and describing the property andnaming the depository of receivership funds, which shall be open toinspection by any person having an apparent interest in the property,the court may require the keeping of particular records or direct orlimit inspection or require presentation of a temporary receiver'saccounts. Notice of a motion for the presentation of a temporaryreceiver's accounts shall be served upon the sureties on his or herundertaking as well as upon each party.
