Disclosure of appraisals in proceedings for condemnation,appropriation or review of tax assessments. Notwithstanding theprovisions of subdivisions (c) and (d) of section 3101, the chiefadministrator of the courts shall adopt rules governing the exchange ofappraisal reports intended for use at the trial in proceedings forcondemnation, appropriation or review of tax assessments.
