NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 350 Legally protected health activities § 350. Legally protected health activities. Notwithstanding anygeneral or special law, common law, or conflict of law rule to thecontrary, the laws of this state shall govern in any case or controversyheard in this state related to legally protected health activity, asdefined by section 570.17 of the criminal procedure law.
