NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 5003 Interest upon judgment § 5003. Interest upon judgment. Every money judgment shall bearinterest from the date of its entry. Every order directing the paymentof money which has been docketed as a judgment shall bear interest fromthe date of such docketing.
