NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 5223 Disclosure § 5223. Disclosure. At any time before a judgment is satisfied orvacated, the judgment creditor may compel disclosure of all matterrelevant to the satisfaction of the judgment, by serving upon any persona subpoena, which shall specify all of the parties to the action, thedate of the judgment, the court in which it was entered, the amount ofthe judgment and the amount then due thereon, and shall state that falseswearing or failure to comply with the subpoena is punishable as acontempt of court.
