NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 6224 Annulment of attachment § 6224. Annulment of attachment. An order of attachment is annulledwhen the action in which it was granted abates or is discontinued, or ajudgment entered therein in favor of the plaintiff is fully satified, ora judgment is entered therein in favor of the defendant. In the lastspecified case a stay of proceedings suspends the effect of theannulment, and a reversal or vacating of the judgment revives the orderof attachment.
