Notwithstanding any contrary claim based on common law or aprovision of any other law, no finding or determination made pursuant tothis article shall be interpreted as binding, or having collateralestoppel or similar effect, in any other action or proceeding, or withrespect to any other determination or finding, in any court, forum oradministrative proceeding.
