NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 7510 Confirmation of award § 7510. Confirmation of award. The court shall confirm an award uponapplication of a party made within one year after its delivery to them,unless the award is vacated or modified upon a ground specified insection seventy-five hundred eleven of this article.
