NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 7513 Fees and expenses § 7513. Fees and expenses. Unless otherwise provided in the agreementto arbitrate, the arbitrators' expenses and fees, together with otherexpenses, not including attorney's fees, incurred in the conduct of thearbitration, shall be paid as provided in the award. The court, onapplication, may reduce or disallow any fee or expense it findsexcessive or allocate it as justice requires.
