NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 7703 Joinder and representation of persons interested in trustproperty § 7703. Joinder and representation of persons interested in trustproperty. The provisions as to joinder and representation of personsinterested in estates as provided in the surrogate's court procedure actshall govern joinder and representation of persons interested in expresstrusts. For these purposes, the term "will" used in the surrogate'scourt procedure act shall be construed to mean the instrument creatingthe trust.
