NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 8006 Premiums on undertakings by fiduciaries § 8006. Premiums on undertakings by fiduciaries. A receiver, assignee,guardian, trustee, committee, conservator or person appointed undersection one hundred eleven of the real property law or under sectiontwenty of the personal property law, required by law to give anundertaking as such, may include as a part of his necessary expensessuch reasonable sum, not exceeding one per cent per annum upon theamount of such undertaking paid his surety thereon, as the courtappointing him shall allow.
