NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 8014 Collection of sheriff's fees on execution § 8014. Collection of sheriff's fees on execution. The fees of asheriff, upon an execution against property, which are not required bystatute to be paid by a particular person and which are not included inthe bill of costs of the party in whose favor the execution is issued,shall be collected by virtue of the execution in the same manner as thesum therein directed to be collected.
