NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 8603 Interest § 8603. Interest. If the state appeals an award made pursuant to thissection and the award is affirmed in whole or in part, interest shall bepaid on the amount of the award. Such interest shall run from the dateof the award through the day before the date of the affirmance.
