NEW YORK CIVIL PRACTICE LAW AND RULES (CPLR) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only CPLR § 8604 Annual report § 8604. Annual report. The department of law shall file with thegovernor, the speaker of the assembly and the temporary president of thesenate an annual report describing the number, nature and amount of eachaward in the previous fiscal year including the agency involved in eachaction, and other relevant information which might aid the legislatureand the governor in evaluating the scope and impact of such awards.
