NEW YORK DOMESTIC RELATIONS LAW (DRL) New York State | For Informational Purposes Only DRL § 122 Public policy § 122. Public policy. Genetic surrogate parenting agreements are hereby declared contrary to the public policy of this state, and are void and unenforceable.
