NEW YORK DOMESTIC RELATIONS LAW (Chapter 14) § 22 — Penalty for violation DRL § 22 Penalty for violation /legislation/laws/DOM/A3 § 22. Penalty for violation. Any town or city clerk who shall violateany of the provisions of this article or shall fail to comply therewithshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall pay a fine notexceeding the sum of one hundred dollars on conviction thereof.
