NEW YORK DOMESTIC RELATIONS LAW (Chapter 14) § 244-A — Enforcement of arrears which accrue during pendenc DRL § 244-A Enforcement of arrears which accrue during pendency of anenforcement proceeding ARTICLE 13 Provisions Applicable to More Than One Type of Matrimonial Action § 244-a. Enforcement of arrears which accrue during pendency of anenforcement proceeding. In any proceeding for enforcement of payment ofany sum of money as required by judgment or order the party seekingenforcement may amend the papers in support of the application forenforcement to include any additional arrears which have accrued sincethe commencement of such enforcement proceeding at the time of a hearingupon or submission of the matter, provided that written notice of theintention to so amend has been given eight days previously.
