**N.Y. Dom. Rel. Law § 8. Marriage After Divorce.** § 8. Marriage after divorce. Whenever, and whether prior or subsequent to September first, nineteen hundred sixty-seven, a marriage has been dissolved by divorce, either party may marry again.
