**N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 434-A. Order for Temporary Spousal Support.** § 434-a. Order for temporary spousal support. The court may make an order for temporary spousal support pending a final determination, notwithstanding that information with respect to income and assets of the respondent may be unavailable.
