**N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 437. Presumption of Sufficient Means.** § 437. Presumption of sufficient means. A respondent is prima facie presumed in a hearing under section four hundred thirty-three and section four hundred fifty-four to have sufficient means to support his or her spouse and children under the age of twenty-one years.
