**N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 544. Transmission of abrogation of filiation order.** If an order of filiation is abrogated by a later judgment or order of the court that originally made the order or by another court on appeal, that fact shall be immediately communicated in writing by the clerk of the court that originally made the order of filiation to the state commissioner of health on a form prescribed by him. If notice of the order was given to the commissioner of health of New York city, notice of abrogation shall be transmitted to him.
