**N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 581-204. Judgment of parentage for intended parents who are spouses.** § 581-204. Judgment of parentage for intended parents who are spouses. Notwithstanding or without limitation on presumptions of parentage that apply, a judgment of parentage may be obtained under this part by intended parents who are each other's spouse. Nothing in this section requires intended parents to be married to each other in order to be jointly declared the parents of the child.
