**N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 581-303. Parentage of child of assisted reproduction.** § 581-303. Parentage of child of assisted reproduction. (a) An individual who provides gametes for, or who consents to, assisted reproduction with the intent to be a parent of the child with the consent of the gestating parent as provided in section 581-304 of this part, is a parent of the resulting child for all legal purposes. (b) The court shall issue a judgment of parentage pursuant to this article upon application by any person authorized to file a petition pursuant to subdivision (c) of section 581-201 of this article.
