RCW 26.26A.505 Proceeding to adjudicate parentage—Dismissal for want of prosecution—Without prejudice. The court may dismiss a proceeding under this chapter for want of prosecution only without prejudice. An order of dismissal for want of prosecution purportedly with prejudice is void and has only the effect of a dismissal without prejudice. [ 2018 c 6 s 521.]
