How it works

Three steps to clarity

1

Tell Victoria about your situation

Answer a few plain-language questions about your state, county, children, finances, how much you agree, and any urgency. No long forms.

2

We match you to a path

A deterministic model — not a guess — classifies your situation into the path that fits and flags the issues that matter most.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Personal Divorce Roadmap really free?

Yes. The roadmap is completely free and there is no catch. You answer a few questions and immediately see your likely path, estimated timeline, cost range, and recommended next step. Paid options (like our $99 self-service portal) are optional and only suggested when they actually fit your situation.

How long does it take?

About 60 seconds. Victoria asks a short series of plain-language questions about your state, county, children, finances, how much you and your spouse agree, and any urgency. There are no long forms and nothing to download before you see your result.

Do I have to create an account or enter payment details?

No. You can build and view your full roadmap without signing up, logging in, or entering any payment information. If you want to save your roadmap or have it emailed to you, you can optionally share an email address — but it is never required to get your result.

Is this legal advice?

No. The roadmap provides legal information, not legal advice. Divorce.law is not your lawyer, and using this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws vary by jurisdiction and your individual facts matter. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.

What will my roadmap include?

Your roadmap shows your likely divorce path, an estimated timeline and cost range, a complexity and risk read, a step-by-step checklist, suggested calculators and tools, and your best next step. Where a participating local law firm is available, you can also choose a consent-based attorney handoff.

What happens after I get my roadmap?

It depends on your situation. Straightforward, mostly-agreed cases are pointed toward self-service options; contested or complex cases are pointed toward attorney guidance. If you describe domestic violence or an emergency, the roadmap prioritizes safety resources, including 911 and the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
