**Fla. Fam. L. R. P. 12.025. APPLICABILITY OF RULES OF GENERAL PRACTICE AND JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION.** (a) Electronic Filing. Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.520 and 2.525 are applicable in all family law matters except as otherwise provided in these rules. (b) Exceptions. Any document filed pursuant to any proceeding under Chapter 63, Florida Statutes, which may be relied upon by the court to terminate parental rights, including consent for adoption or affidavit of nonpaternity, shall be exempt from the requirements of Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.525(c).
