**752.02 Persons who must be served notice of petition; manner of service.**—Notice of the filing of, and a copy of, the petition for grandparental visitation rights shall be served on the parents of the minor child in the manner prescribed by chapter 48. History.—s. 1, ch. 84-64; s. 64, ch. 85-62.
