THE 2025 FLORIDA STATUTES Title VII — EVIDENCE | Chapter 92 — WITNESSES, RECORDS, AND DOCUMENTS § 92.143 — Compensation to traffic court witnesses. Any party who secures the attendance of a witness in traffic court shall bear all costs of calling the witness, including witness fees. If the witness is required to testify on behalf of the prosecution, the office of the state attorney of the respective judicial circuit shall pay the fees and costs of calling the witness.
