THE 2025 FLORIDA STATUTES Title VII — EVIDENCE | Chapter 92 — WITNESSES, RECORDS, AND DOCUMENTS § 92.295 — Copies of voter registration records. Any reproduction of an original voter registration record stored pursuant to s. 98.461 , whether microfilmed or maintained digitally or on electronic, magnetic, or optic media, which reproduction is certified by the supervisor of elections who is the custodian of the record, is admissible as evidence in any judicial or administrative proceeding in this state with the same effect as the original voter registration record, whether the original voter registration record exists or not.
