THE 2025 FLORIDA STATUTES Title VII — EVIDENCE | Chapter 92 — WITNESSES, RECORDS, AND DOCUMENTS § 92.52 — Affirmation equivalent to oath. Whenever an oath shall be required by any law of this state in any proceeding, an affirmation may be substituted therefor. Note.—Former s. 90.02.
