# 19-11-102. Designated tribunals; support enforcement agency. (a) The superior courts, the Office of State Administrative Hearings, and the Department of Human Services are the tribunals of Georgia for purposes of this article. (b) The Department of Human Services shall be the support enforcement agency of this state. ## History Code 1981, § 19-11-102, enacted by Ga. L. 1997, p. 1613, § 33; Ga.
